A man of many hats, Dr. George has experience across multiple realms. Not only is Dr. George the founder and CEO of ERG Enterprises, Omega Hospital, and the Hand Center of Louisiana in New Orleans, but he is also a venture capitalist, real estate investor, author, and philanthropist.
Across each responsibility, Dr. George emphasizes the importance of healthy relationships, empowerment, and delegation. In light of more enterprise going virtual, he believes business leaders would be wise to screen for culture fits in their team building.
