A former athlete and mental health therapist, Andre unpacks his drive as an entrepreneur and desire to motivate organizations through meaningful leadership practices. As he notes, the problem with some leaders is they marry their vision and the path they forge as opposed to their ‘why’; however, this often leads to burnout and disillusion. While many managers try to stir their team to outcomes, Andre argues it’s far better for them to make their name synonymous with what they do, perform beyond good intentions, and inspire the same mentality within their influence.
