When we talk about infrastructure, we often assume foundations and protocols.
But in this day age, infrastructure means much more than it did a couple of decades ago. As Steve Orrin, Federal Technology Officer for Intel, shares in this episode, investing in infrastructure not only involves cross communications and development but also quality security against cyberthreats.
Per his experience, to best serve customers in cloud space, one must consider how customer insights integrate into the application building process. Ask yourself, “Am I valuing and prioritizing client input? Am I willing to provide a platform for constructive interaction?”
By addressing these questions, a leader can factor in feedback into production, pursue tools to improve security, and translate input into new capacities and opportunities.
