Come Rain or Shine

Sep 15, 2022

On this episode of Come Rain or Shine, Rob Salafia, Lecturer at MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Education Program, joins the show to discuss his career journey.

A former performing artist, Rob started his career as a storyteller in the late 1980s, refining his ability in theater methodology. Now, as a certified executive coach and keynote speaker, Rob entertains a multitude of diverse audiences through business coaching and leadership development.

As Rob explains, embracing radical transitions from one career to the next isn’t easy; however, by demonstrating genuine interest in your audience, one can inspire others to perceive change as a necessary means to broaden perspective.

In addition to being a MIT lecturer, Rob has also worked with Fortune 500 companies including Sapient Consulting, ING Bank, NN Group, News Corp, American Express, Sony Music Entertainment, Thought Ensemble, Metro AG, Philips International, Digitas, and Fidelity Investments.
