Born with no feet or hands, Jeff’s life message is two-fold:
1) Quit focusing on the handicap and start appreciating the gift.
2) We’re all a masterpiece in progress.
Applied to business leadership, Jeff notes working on purpose is not about striving but embracing challenges and leaving positive impacts. To him, the secrets to success aren’t rooted in what a person knows but the questions he asks and the perceived limitations he rises above.
